Estonia Government needs to send an official letter to 'btcee@coinsgov.org' to apply for transaferring ownership of the reserved coins. The letter should include a Estonia Government controlled BTCEE address. After verified and coins transfered, the letter and the adddress will be published here.

Bitcoin Estonia ("BTCEE") is a decentralized cryptocurrency with large percentage of mined coins reserved for Estonia Government to claim and hold.
Based on Bitcoin Core, Bitcoin Estonia has the same level of code security as Bitcoin.
